Why is your product priced differently across different stores?
Depending on the retailer/store/marketplace they have different fee structures. Some places like Etsy charge advertising fees, listing fees, processing fees, payment fees, and a whole bunch of other fees on each sale. To account for this and monthly recurring fees, we price our products accordingly. If you are ever wondering where the best deal is - it's right here!
When will my order ship?
Right now we are averaging about 24 hours from order placed to shipping. This can change as demand goes up or down. If we expect it to take longer than 5 days to ship your order we will contact you. During summer months things might take a few days longer.
My product arrived damaged what do I do?
Take a picture and send it to orders@thenextgenworkshop.com and let us know what happened and we will go from there.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact us and we will sort out any issues.
What materials are used for your products
Depends, each product description will indicate the materials, but if you need more info, please reach out to us and let us know!
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are entirely virtual and plan to remain that way
Where are these manufactured?
Canada! Our products are proudly designed and made in Canada.
