Every interior dimension on this sheet is based on drawer slides that are 1/2″ (12.7 mm) wide. Other slides change both the clear width between them and the space each level takes. Always double-check your own measurements — slides, brackets, carcass and organizers — before you cut.

§ Build Notes
Before you cut.
- Slides only — no shelves. Each organizer hangs off one pair of brackets bolted to a pair of drawer slides. One pair of slides per organizer.
- Clear space is between slides. The B6–B8 numbers are the open gap you leave between one slide and the next. A level costs that gap plus the height of the slide member itself (B10) — the planner adds it for you.
- Width works out to the organizer. A 21 3/8″ interior less two ½″ slides leaves 20 3/8″ clear — the 19.7″ organizer plus a bracket flange each side. Wider slides eat into that; measure yours.
- Brackets sit 90 mm back from the face of the organizer. Set the slides so the organizer front lands flush with the cabinet face when closed.
- Verify your hardware — every number here assumes ½″ slides. Slide member height is shown at 2″ as well; the large 48-22-8432 is a 7″ box, so a taller slide needs a taller gap. Measure your slides, brackets and organizers and re-check every dimension before you cut or drill.
- Carcass material assumed ¾″ plywood, ¾″ back. Interior depth 18 1/4″ takes an 18″ slide with room for the back.
