Important Safety Instructions

Important: Follow all safety instructions and make sure batteries are removed prior to installation.

BE SURE to inspect all components prior to use.

Use all necessary safety equipment when using this attachment and anrouter, use both hands for best results.

What's Included

Screws: Included will be the necessary screws to attach to the base.

Center finder:

Insert the Acrylic Round Cut-Out:
Place the acrylic round cut-out into the central hole of the jig. It should fit snugly with no play.

Insert a Centering Rod:
Insert a metal centering rod or dowel through the hole in the acrylic cut-out. The rod should fit tightly in the cut-out and be long enough to reach the router’s collet or center point.

Attach to the Router:
Loosen the collet of your router and insert the rod into it, tightening just enough to hold it steady (do not power the router on).

Align the Router to the Jig:
Gently move the router until the rod is perfectly vertical and seated in the center of the acrylic cut-out. This ensures the router is centered over the jig.

Secure the Router Base:
Once centered, tighten the screws or clamps on the router base to lock its position. Remove the rod and cut-out before operation.

Mounting To the Router

1. Mount the Jig to Your Router
Remove the Factory Base Plate. This is required for use.

Use a screwdriver to remove your router’s standard base plate.

Attach the Acrylic Jig:

Align the pre-drilled holes in the acrylic jig with the holes in your router base.

Use the included screws to secure the jig to the router.

Ensure the jig is aligned and the router bit passes cleanly through the opening.
